Needs Assessment:

We will meet and determine the client's needs, listen to their concerns their concerns and mutually decide how to best handle their move. Our fees are determined on the client's individual needs and a quote will be developed after we have the opportunity to meet each client. 

Move preparation:

• Relocation assistance (if needed)
• Space planning for new home
• Time table planning for job completion
• Inventorying household goods
• Assistance with sorting, downsizing and organizing belongings
• Arranging and coordinating moving services
• Arranging for the shipments and storage of items (family members, friends, etc)
• Utility service and address change notifications
• Referrals for other professional services - if requested (realtors, financial planners,
  dentists, physicians, hair salons, house cleaning, home repair, etc)

Moving Day:

• Finalizing packing for move
• Supervising the move


Home Closure: 

• Final clearing of former residence
• Estate sales along with coordinating for Auctions/On-line sales
• Charity pick-up
• Hazard waste disposal
• Coordinating repairs of former residence (if requested)
• Staging former residence for re-sale
• Turn former residence over to appropriate party (heirs, relatives, etc)

Getting settled:

• Unpacking and Setting up new home
• Organizing of new home
• Decorating services
• Confirmation of utility service start up (phone, electric, cable, internet, etc)
